Social Media Programming Guide

Make sharing your social media profiles effortless with our "Follow Me" NFC keychains. This guide will show you how to link your Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, X (Twitter), and YouTube profiles directly to your keychain, making it easier than ever for new friends and followers to connect with you.

Step 1: Retrieve Your Social Media Profile Links

Instagram

1. Open the Instagram app.
2. Go to your profile by tapping your profile picture in the bottom right.
3. Tap on the three lines in the upper right corner, then select 'Settings'.
4. Under 'Account', choose 'Personal Information'.
5. Your profile link is listed here as your Username; the URL will be https://www.instagram.com/[YourUsername].

Facebook

1. Log into your Facebook account.
2. Click on your profile picture in the top right to go to your profile.
3. Your Facebook profile URL will be visible in the address bar as https://www.facebook.com/[YourUsername].

TikTok

1. Open the TikTok app.
2. Go to your profile by tapping 'Me' in the lower right.
3. Tap the three dots in the top right to open settings.
4. Tap on 'Share Profile' under Account.
5. Your link will be copied to your clipboard.

Snapchat

1. Open Snapchat and go to your profile by tapping your Bitmoji or avatar.
2. Tap 'Add Friends'.
3. Tap 'Share' next to 'My Snapchat URL'.
4. Your URL, https://www.snapchat.com/add/[YourUsername], will be copied to your clipboard.

X (formerly Twitter)

1. Open X and go to your profile by tapping on 'Profile' in the menu.
2. Your username is part of your URL, noted as https://twitter.com/[YourUsername].

YouTube

1. Go to YouTube and click on your profile icon at the top right.
2. Click 'Your channel'.
3. Your channel URL can be found in the address bar, typically formatted as https://www.youtube.com/channel/[YourChannelID]. If you have a custom URL, it will appear as https://www.youtube.com/[CustomName].

Step 2: Program Your NFC Keychain

1. Download the NFC Tools app on your smartphone from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Open the NFC Tools app.
3. Go to the 'Write' tab and select 'Add a record'.
4. Choose 'URL/URI' from the list of record types.
5. Paste the social media profile link you want to program into the field.
6. Place your NFC keychain near the back of your phone where the NFC antenna is located.
7. Tap 'Write' and wait for the app to confirm that the link has been written to the keychain.
